For Young Girl Scouts, Daisies and Brownies

Registration - This Young Women In Harmony workshop is an introductory course on the fun and joy of singing in four-part a cappella harmony in the barbershop style. Girls will learn vocal skills, presentation skills and how to harmonize and blend in a chord.  Workshop is developed around the activities needed to achieve the YWIH Scout Badge.

Discover: Through music, girls discover a strong sense of self and critical thinking skills.

Connect: Through music, girls develop healthy relationships, promote cooperation and team building, resolve conflict, and feel connected to their communities, locally and globally. 

Take Action: Girls develop skills to be resourceful problem solvers, to advocate for themselves and others, by building confidence to use their voices in a positive way. Girls feel empowered to make a difference in the world, Girls feel connected to their communities locally and globally.
