Carnegie Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets are final sale. Exchanges are offered when available. Exchanges will incur a 10% fee on the total cost of exchanged tickets. Exchanges must be requested no later than 24 hours before a performance.
You can also donate the cost of the returned tickets to The Carnegie— they are considered a fully tax deductible gift.
If The Carnegie must cancel a performance, we will make every effort to exchange tickets to another performance day/time. If we unable to do so, we will then issue a refund for the full amount including fees.
